Job Responsibilities
- • Use specific disease and product knowledge to develop TBS in a given diagnostic area• Proactively identify and develop long term peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders and other relevant collaborators in order to understand their needs, segment them accordingly and implement targeted approach and tactics in order to present medical data to our customers.• Act as field-based reference points of scientific and clinical expertise for sales force and other internal through training and ad-hoc support• Supports ongoing and future Clinical Studies with the Director of Medical Science Liasion in Iberia.• Collect and share in-field insights to support medical and scientific strategy and business development. Shares in-field insights with relevant business functions.• Provide strategic guidance to the AM in order to pursuit product budget goals (Develop and complete strategies to meet assigned targets and expand business within assigned territory).• Coordinate with the local AM to proactively grow existing accounts and help on the achievement of new accounts• Participate in the implementation of key medical activities (e.g. medical education and peer-to-peer training activities)• Provides clinical presentations and medical information as necessary• Work independently while also bringing to bear available resources to meet customer needs. Work effectively with a cross-functional teams• Introduce new products and services to customers as applicable• Ensuring engaging customer satisfaction on assigned client engagements• Willing to travel up to a 50.75% of the time
Keys to Success:
Education
BSc degree iu Life Sciencies and Ph.D preferred
Shown 2+ years working experience in sales and marketing is a preference. Fresh graduates can to apply. witth research knowlege of Myeloma market
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Ability to network/develop relationships with KOLs and scientific/medical community• Great competency in the areas of clinical study design, statistics, technical writing.• Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and explain complex clinical and scientific information.
