Your mission as a member of the Digital Assets team at the SAP’s EMEA Digital Hub is to create engaging, innovative, and customer-centric digital experiences at scale.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to become a digital assets advisor an work on diverse projects, raging from user interface prototyping, simple web development, and innovation innitiatives.
What you’ll do :
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop custumer-centric digital assets offerings aligned with their objectives.
- Produce a high volume of customer-centric assets across a variety of formats, including but not limited to : interactive prototypes, graphic designs, microsites, and presentations, ensuring alignment with SAP corporate design principles.
- Understand the balance between personalization and efficiency in digital asset creation, tailoring assets to meet customer needs while maximizing effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of the service, encouraging knowledge exchange and the compilation of best practices for smooth operations and increased adoption.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance our digital customer experience. This may include introducing new technologies, utilizing AI, or introducing new digital modalities to streamline operations and improve the quality of our digital assets offerings.
- Act as a catalyst, ensuring that proposed innovations are seamlessly integrated and adopted as standard practices within our digital hub teams.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design and digital experience enhancement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 Years of working experience. Demonstrated experience in producing a high volume of customer-centric assets across various formats,
- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in : Figma (or any other prototyping tool) , Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScrips is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
- Portfolio featuring examples of work is required
