We are seeking a NodeJS Developer to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience, looking for an Undetermined Duration Contract type job.
As part of your role, you will be working closely with the product owner and other developers to analyze user stories and implement new features.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Analyze User Stories in close cooperation within the product owner
Determine the best way to implement new features based on provided user stories
Develop coding within SPRINTs
Provide support to new developers in charge of build and coding
Review code supplied by DevOps team members , check performance and respect development standards, deliver formal acceptance of their work
Create tests attached to produced code
Contribute analysis and recommendations not directly linked to business requirements for continuous improvement of applications
Maintain focus on robustness and sustainability of applications
Fulfill on duty / on call role supporting application alongside other team members
This position is located in Barcelona, Spain but requires fluency in both English & Spanish
WHAT DO YOU NEED? ️
Experience of min 2 years of experience in development IT applications particularly using Javascript & NodeJS
Have deep understanding AWS services such EC2 ALB ECS Lambda API Gateway WAF Kinesis VPC S3 Firehose step functions DynamoDB PostgreSQL
Passionate about data engineering transformation streaming event driven
Sharp technical curiosity; ready to understand how an application works
Able to provide pragmatic and realistic solutions to technical issues
Loves coding independently as well as in a team
Able to code tests for automation attached to produced code
Possesses great sense of service ; ready explain support train coach IT developers if necessary
