Description Kenvue is currently recruiting for Omnichannel Shopper & Perfect StoreManager Pharma. The Omnichannel Shopper & Perfect StoreManager Pharma is responsible for delivering shopper toolkits, category growth stories and Perfect store guidelines for Skin Health and Self Care brands across the pharmacy channel, considering both online and offline channels : This position reports into the Head of Shopper Marketing Pharmacy omnichannel SE and is based at Spain, Portugal or France.

What You Will Do The Omnichannel Shopper & Perfect StoreManager Pharma is responsible for delivering Online2Offline shopper toolkits, category growth stories and Perfect store guidelines for Skin health and Self Care brands across the pharmacy channel for Southern Europe : Key Responsibilities

  • Example of brands in Scope : Neutrogena, Biafine, Aveeno, Nicorette, Piz Buin, Imodium, Microlax, Frenadol and Actifed.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Shopper teams, Southern Europe Cluster Marketing, and Market Brand activation leads to design the best shopper strategy and initiatives in order to drive business commitments.
  • Work closely with BTL agencies and ecommerce agencies to develop O2O activation Toolkits / concepts / assets, support the launch of NPI's & amplification of brand claims as RTB's in the trade
  • Work on mapping out Perfect Store channel recommendations on placement in line with shopper research on decision tree, and education on range through fact sheet development
  • Working closely with Perfect Store team to map out any opportunities on dashboards & loop holes on reporting perfect Store KPI's
  • Work closely with eCommerce team to make sure to implement a O2O strategy across all different touchpoints with consistency.
  • Work closely with assigned procurement and suppliers to look at point of sale solutions and scale in driving efficiency across the cluster.

Build Shopper capabilities within the Cluster teams :

  • Deliver & strengthen Omnichannel Shopper understanding & capability across the cluster through educating on instore communication guidelines to BA teams & agencies alike, alongside deliver Perfect Store fundamentals training to the Perfect store, Channel, Customer / merchandising teams across the cluster
  • Ensure training on Omnichannel Perfect Store methodology & Digital Shelf and embed the culture in the teams.
  • Foster and celebrate a culture of "execution excellency" Analysis & Data :
  • Working closely with CBI, local teams, and external sources to develop insights, reviews and deliver critical decisions.
  • Responsible for drafting & mapping out briefs with Business Insights team to initiate shopper studies (path to purchase, etc)
  • Analyze Top line sell out data (where available) to drive recommendations to the business for the BA teams to drive execution with the Sales teams reviews.
  • Analyze Digital Shelf KPIs to assess in the improvement of digital Perfect Store execution within the omnichannel plan Shopper Business Involvement :
  • Attending & being an active member of the priority brand squads and eCommerce squad to drive cross-functional collaboration Budget and tracking :
  • Working closely with Marketing & the BA teams and carving out BTL creative budget and ensuring the right phasing & management Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Business administration or respective studies
  • Experience from a multi-national or regional company preferably FMCG
  • Experience in Skin Health brands, specifically in the pharmacy channel.
  • Experience on an e-commerce environment / role
  • Proficient knowledge and use of all relevant systems ex. MS Office specifically excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages like French, Spanish and Italian are appreciated. Desired Qualifications
