Responsible for monitoring, operation and maintenance of Windows/Unix based systems across server infrastructure with high availability solutions.
First point of contact for the client.
Escalates problem incidents to responsible authorities, implements infrastructure changes, requests, security and project management processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Managing events of the environments by means of monitoring and alerting tools.
Execution of event resolution/escalation procedures.
Execution of environment balancing and mitigation procedures to maintain service availability levels.
Batch process management through TWS.
Execution of planned changes.
Participation in incident management, providing the vision and executing the operational tasks.
Execution of periodic tasks that guarantee the correct operation of the systems and their applications.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- 2 years of experience.
Required Education Technical Diploma
Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
