Head of Mobility & Fleet Management
Based in Ciempozuelos, Madrid
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
This function has been created by CEVA in view of the imminent strategic change that will take place in Automotive Logistics, where Mobility will be the key to FVL's success, bringing the vehicle directly from compounds to the customer's home.
Responsible for the Mobility and Fleet Management product in Iberia. To include Business Development, Sales, Market Intelligence, competitor analyses and product development.
The role will also be responsible for managing operational delivery teams (transport planning, drivers sourcing etc.). The role will be part of the Global Mobility and Fleet Management cluster and will work actively with the Global Head Of Mobility and Fleet Management and the Global team.
- Deliver proximity center offering and chase new partnerships to increase / densify geo coverage.
- Commercial execution to include Iberia sales and manage existing contracts.
- Manage and develop the local Mobility team to ensure proper resource allocation to meet customer deadlines.
- Coordinate complex, regional and local Mobility teams required to respond timely and effectively to complex, high revenue business.
- Undertake negotiations with the Global CEVA network to design, develop and implement Bi-Lateral agreements that locks a country into delivering Mobility structures, performance results and service standards.
- Negotiate and drive rate reductions to ensure effective selling and keep profitable business.
- Undertake staff training indicatives through identifying staff weakness to improve personal attributes, whilst increasing the company’s performance levels.
- Drive motivational techniques, ideas and staff enhancements to ensure that a true team environment is being developed and maintained.
- Manage and develop excel spreadsheets and graphs to reflect KPI output for customers and staff alike.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor Degree.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in Mobility Business Supervising, Logistics Management or Service supervisors in Leasing Business.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Finance understanding and commercial background desiderable.
- Solve critical issues with time-sensitive deadlines, stress resistant.
- Management skills.
- Manage financial aspects.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- Diplomacy, patience and autonomy skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion.
- Customer oriented & team player.
- Work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Open to travel.
