PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST (Temporary)

In this changing environment, where the pandemic situation has raised the need for a different approach, we need to incorporate a Paid Media partner to support the business in the digital area.

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for leading the strategy and operations of advertising, Paid media campaigns and supporting SEO in digital media targeting both healthcare professionals and general public with all the therapeutics areas and working closely with the communication team.

Responsabilities

• Lead SEM and digital advertising strategy providing support to the business units. Accountable for planning and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on external channels.
• Lead the interaction with the different brands for the deployment of advertising campaigns and digital activation plans.
• Coordinate activities with marketing / advertising agencies and different brands for the execution of campaigns. In close collaboration with business units on media planning definition and omni-channel strategy.

Interact with other local and global GSK teams.

• Responsible for the overall vision and performance of digital media advertising (reporting, KPIs, trends and industry benchmarking).
• Lead the innovation and management of new opportunities / digital channels / new customer journeys together with our local and global teams.
• Continuous innovation in digital marketing efforts including testing new channels & strategies. Monitoring industry trends and translating those into actionable strategic recommendations.

Experience

• Education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration and Management, Advertising or similar.
• Experience in a similar role and in digital marketing and / or advertising.
• Experience in campaign management : RTB (DSP's), Display, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Tik Tok ads, LinkedIn and Podcast platforms.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBI.
• Technical knowledge on Paid Media platforms, conversion pixels, DSPs and programmatic.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• English : advanced level.
• Good communications skills and teamwork player.

Nice to have

• Experience with Social Listening, SEO Audit, personalization, and A / B testing tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva and Adobe Marketing ecosystem.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
