Job Description

As a Partner Acceleration Manager, you will have a crucial role in helping to craft partner strategy, partner demand generation, and partner go-to-market globally for IT Asset Management. In this critical role you will have an opportunity to help drive one of the largest Partner revenue engines for ServiceNow with partner-led initiatives such as Built with Now Offerings.  

As a key member of our Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC) Acceleration organization you help drive a major contribution to the growth and success of ServiceNow’s IT Technology Workflows.  You will use your technology solution and industry experience to help targeted System Integrator partners create and bring client Offerings to market.  You will accelerate ServiceNow’s routes-to-market and craft strategies for the rapid adoption focused on the CIO persona. The ideal candidate has familiarity with ServiceNow’s Technology Workflow products and an understanding of core IT processes such as service management, operations management, asset management, dev ops, machine learning, artificial intelligence and others.  

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to ServiceNow’s top partners as well as internal stakeholders to identify and generate new business. This includes driving thought leadership that will help partners accelerate digital transformation as well as drive long-term, sustainable growth.  

What you get to do in this role: 

In this role you will drive profitable growth by leading the identification, cultivation and monetization of go-to-market Offerings co-developed with qualified System Integration partners.  

  • This role will serve as a trusted advisor to ServiceNow’s top partners to identify and generate new business opportunities 
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a portfolio of Partners that have committed to bring to market new or existing go-to-market Offerings that drive partner-sourced revenue 
  • You will drive cross functional alignment across key internal stakeholders such as our product business unit leaders, product teams, GPC global and regional teams. 
  • Lead the effective collaboration between field sales and partners to execute “deal level” strategies & tactics  
  • You will evaluate and engage targeted ServiceNow partners to identify, qualify, cultivate, launch, monetize, and scale Partner go-to-market Offerings 
  • You will own the leadership and governance of the joint Offering go to market plan, as well as the high-level governance of the Offering maturity lifecycle 
  • You will work closely and collaboratively with the GPC Partner Management teams in each geography to develop an offering strategy for each Geo 
  • You will work with the partner, regional Partner Management and Partner Marketing to develop and execute quarterly demand generation plans 
  • You will lead the portfolio of partners to meet or exceed quarterly targets 

Measure of success in the role: 
Drive significant growth in the Technology Workflows business globally through jointly developed Partner business plans surrounding your targeted Workflow. Be recognized as a thought leader by the business unit, sales, and partners.  Be a champion of the Partner go-to-market process. Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives and strategic business goals. 

The successful candidate will be an experienced strategist and business leader with a proven track record of developing partner strategies along with delivering exceptional customer/partner relationship management, and setting and driving joint sales execution.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ professional experience in the technology industry.  This may include working with a Global Systems Integrator, Enterprise Software and/or Enterprise SaaS company.  
  • Good understanding of IT Operating & financial models, Technology modernization practices, DevOps and Application Rationalization frameworks and best practices 
  • Ability to engage with partners in the sales cycle on joint ‘must win’ pursuits/opportunities, as well as facilitate co-sell & co-deliver opportunities with partners. 
  • Master communicator with superb ability to translate technology solutions into business outcome driven sales tools. 
  • Strong business development experience and history of developing and executing partner go-to-market plans. 
  • Ability to align, localize and execute joint GTM strategy and multi-year business plans with targeted partners around industry solutions with compelling joint GTM value propositions. 
  • Clearly defined joint go-to-market initiatives with key NOW-Partner global exec sponsors with key milestones and progress tracking metrics & associated rigor to ‘inspect what we expect’. 
  • Work with regions to align with field sales, presales, enablement & services governance to ensure regional leadership input and feedback for ongoing refinement of developed & in development offerings 
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans. 
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree a requirement.
