THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Analyst to our Partner Sales Automation team in Madrid responsible for the EU market !

YOUR IMPACT

Gympass is seeking a proactive and ambitious sales analyst to drive improved performance of our pre-sales and sales process.

They will be expected to work with the Sales Automation Tool Manager to implement strategies focused on adding more leads into the funnel, supporting with local market campaigns to send to the leads and closing the opportunities that come through the automation tool.

Success in this role will be linked to 1) increasing the quantity and quality of both inbound and outbound leads and 2) improving the conversion of opportunities into partnerships.

The Sales Automation Analyst will work closely with other executives across other markets as well as marketing and sales teams.

They will use best practices to sign inbound partnerships. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a market that is really gaining momentum and we are excited to have a game-changer candidate to take us to the next level.

  • Support the Partner Sales Automation Manager to run marketing campaigns to increase the number of leads;
  • Analyse your pipeline of opportunities and identify where we can improve conversion;
  • Push for the right commercials to send to prospects to bring new partners to the network;
  • Collaborate with other executives to optimize sales processes and maximize lead conversion rates;
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns;
  • Ensure optimal Partner Experience for new signed partners by helping them launch smoothly;
  • Work with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to resolve problems that partners have;
  • Track and report on key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and success;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in English and Spanish. An extra advantage if you also speak Italian or German;
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on understanding the sales process;
  • Proactive and ambitious to meet targets and find ways to excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can analyze where the improvements can be made and identify solutions to quickly optimize efforts;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Analytical power and ability to work with sets of data in order to drive insights that lead to optimal business decisions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Gympass is a highly innovative market leader that is always looking to stay ahead of the market.

PARENTAL LEAVE : % paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + % paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
