Position Summary

The Partner Success Manager guides the day-to-day working relationship with Partners on Bentley technology and product portfolio aspects and develops a trusted relationship that demonstrates Bentley’s commitment to them.

You will ensure Partners are in the best position to promote, sell, service, and integrate Bentley technology and products, priorities are addressed, and support commitments are delivered upon.

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Play an active part in the dedicated Partner Management and Enablement team, advancing the understanding of Bentley technology and product portfolio.
  • Oversee the day-to-day partner technical consulting and support activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and Partners, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage regular Service Requests and technical reviews with Partners.
  • Monitor open cases and escalate to Support teams to ensure product SLAs are met and exceeded. Involve the right technical resources to ensure improved time to value in the use of Bentley products.
  • Act as a first point of escalation for Partners, ensuring their issues are prioritized appropriately and resolved without delay.
  • Escalate important issues with the relevant Support, Product Management, or Development teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of high-priority issues.
  • Ensure ongoing visibility within Bentley of your Partner’s direction and needs.
  • Contribute to Partner Management meetings with Partners, reporting upon the progress of support issues, trends, and concerns.
  • Review trends to identify opportunities for improvement, leading to enhanced partner enablement, Partner Success, and subsequent product sales.
  • Working with Bentley technical resources from Solution Engineering, User Success, and Product Teams to identify gaps in the partner support process that might affect and impede partner performance and work with managers to help close those gaps.
  • Build and nurture strong Partner relationships, serving as a liaison between Partner and technical teams.
  • Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to enable Partner Success.
  • Develop and execute Partner Account plans aligned with business objectives and performance Partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, communicate effectively, and advocate for Partner needs to ensure overall Partner satisfaction and Partner success.

What You Bring to The Team :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Support Account Manager, or Support Engineer / Analyst.
  • Knowledge of support processes and tools.
  • Previous experience working within Civil Infrastructure or Architecture, Engineering, and / or Construction industries is an advantage.
  • Educated to degree level, in example Engineering or Software Engineering degree or relevant training and / or experience.
  • Proven ability to work closely with partners or customers and develop excellent working relationships.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to use your initiative to identify and progress issues for your assigned Partners.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and desire to find the best outcomes.
  • Professional proficiency in English language
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
