We're seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND HUNGRY professional to join us as a Partnership Manager who can provide a boost to our new business revenue!

What you’ll be doing :

  • Working with the different parties responsible for lead gen to ensure that a consistently high volume of quality leads are coming in.
  • Responding to enquiries within 60 minutes of the lead coming in and being highly proactive in your approach to the sale.
  • Qualifying the prospect using relevant criteria.
  • Providing a technical and sometimes creative solution based on your conversation with the prospect to wow them over the phone (using your TikTok and media expertise).
  • Creating compelling proposals working with the proposal and creative team.

Who you are :

  • You have a huge drive to succeed! You are hungry for success so you are constantly proactive and will go above and beyond in order to close the sales that you are working on!
  • You are likable and connect with people easily. You may even have a black book of media contacts!
  • You are detail-oriented!! Don’t be sloppy - This is very important for our agency. In all areas from your emails to the sales collateral you send out to the presentations you present and your use of our CRM systems, it is highly important to get all the small details right.

There isn’t any room for people who are not detail-oriented in our partnership positions.

What you’re good at :

  • TikTok - you know the platform inside out!
  • Media - you understand how TikTok fits into a brand’s media strategy and you have a good understanding of the media landscape.
  • Working hard - there are no shortcuts for strong salespeople. We expect you to go above and beyond to get the sales across the line.
  • Thinking outside the box - sometimes you will have to be creative to get sales across the line.
  • Selling (and sales strategy) - obviously!

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record of Revenue Success : Demonstrated success in sales, partnership building, and account management with at least 2 years of experience in the influencer marketing space specifically with a focus on TikTok and driving new revenue.
