Description

The Payroll Advisor Germany provides HR administration services to Corteva employees in a German.

The person holding this position will handle the preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs for the Germany in cooperation with our Payroll providers.

Job responsibilities :

  • Maintain daily Payroll administration as required by company and german regulations.
  • Preparation and processing of monthly Payroll runs.
  • Provides assistance to employees with Payroll related inquiries.
  • Manages Payroll vendors and ensures that HR activities are performed according to operational calendars.
  • Year-end activities as required, related to local and international Payroll.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Driving and facilitating interactions with third parties (local HR / Tax authorities / Financial institutions)

Qualifications

Qualifications

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technologies, or other related fields required. Master’s degree is preferred.

Language skills

Proficiency in English plus German is a must.

Other

  • At least +1 year of experience processing Germany Payroll activities
  • Previous working experience in HR areas is a must.
  • Payroll Systems / Workday / ServiceNow knowledge is required.
  • Good command of Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize in a very fast paced, deadline oriented, and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Attentive to detail with special focus on accuracy and timeliness. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
