Division

The Operations & Shared Services division provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organizations (both public and private) that employ more than 250 people.

SD Worx is the market leader in this market segment, thanks to its innovative products and comprehensive, tailor-made services.

Unit

The payroll consultants within Payroll LE are the link between our customers and the processing of their payroll and personnel administration.

They are in direct contact with the payroll managers of our clients and assist them in processing their payroll in the software.

The payroll consultants are responsible for the payroll calculation and pre and post payroll processing.

Job Description

Your job responsibilities include :

  • Guiding and advising the client on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation, use of payroll packages
  • Following up, calculating and checking the wages of your clients
  • To perpetuate the relationship of trust with the client(s).
  • Keeping knowledge and experience up to date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration and of various systems .
  • As a spoc for the customer you are responsible for the communication with supporting services of SD Worx
  • Looking for inefficient processes, suggesting optimizations and working them out, possibly under the guidance of a payroll consultant.
  • Spreading best practices across the various teams.
  • Transfer knowledge and tasks to colleagues in the assigned group and support them in administrative, payroll and legal matters.

Profile

What we need :

  • Have a strong interest in HR with specific focus on payroll and social legislation
  • Have an analytical mind and great affinity for software applications.
  • Are flexible to meet targeted client deadlines and stress resistant.
  • Are eager to learn, strongly customer focused, autonomous, meticulous, and able to work quickly.
  • Have the necessary communication skills
  • You are positive, results-oriented, and solution-oriented
  • See changing circumstances as a challenge and opportunity.
  • Contribute to our team spirit through enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Languages : Dutch is mandatory, FR is a plus
