Buscamos un perfil de inglés alto con experiencia en la gestión de nómina para España y Portugal.
* Comunication with payroll external provider - Spain and Portugal
* Daily comunication in English.
* Ensure all payroll considerations are addressed including pay rates, deductions, taxes, time information, etc. and that payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
* Help to review HR data and deductions in the payroll processing system as well as time sheets to ensure the data is complete and accurate. Work with HR and employees proactively to ensure information is accurate.
* Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local, state/provincial, and national regulations.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay calculations, taxes, deductions and benefits. Serve as a go-to service representative for many payroll related matters within the organization.
* Nurture collaborative working relationships with HR/Recruiting to allow for greater efficiencies and sharing of information.
* Connect with HR Systems teams and third party support to troubleshoot issues as needed. * Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en la gestión del Payroll externalizado
