  • Maintains positive interaction with customers and colleagues with good working relationships.
  • Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner using correct telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Answer and manage customer emails.
  • Answer wake up calls.
  • Handle any queries or requests from customers and guests, referring them to the appropriate department.
  • Other tasks specific to the position.

Requirements :

  • Degree or higher diploma in hospitality or tourism management would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internship.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
  • Commitment and passion for providing personalised service to guests, anticipation and attention to detail.

Conditions :

  • Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
  • 2 consecutive days off per week.
  • Meals and uniform provided by the hotel.
