- Maintains positive interaction with customers and colleagues with good working relationships.
- Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner using correct telephone etiquette at all times.
- Answer and manage customer emails.
- Answer wake up calls.
- Handle any queries or requests from customers and guests, referring them to the appropriate department.
- Other tasks specific to the position.
Requirements :
- Degree or higher diploma in hospitality or tourism management would be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internship.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Commitment and passion for providing personalised service to guests, anticipation and attention to detail.
Conditions :
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- 2 consecutive days off per week.
- Meals and uniform provided by the hotel.
