Will lead the pension consultancy services provided by Retirement
Form part of the Executive Committee of Retirement Spain.
Management of relevant Retirement Spain pensions consultancy clients
Commercial responsibility for growing the client portfolio
Management of a team of consultants
Coordination of services with other business lines within the Health, Wealth & Career segment (Investment, Health & Benefits, Work & Rewards and Employee Experience).
The requirements
Commercial mindset and disciplined sales execution habit
More than 15 years of experience in pension consulting
Experience and knowledge about Compensation & Benefits and Investments
Experience managing high-performance teams
Fluent in English
Valuable:
High reputation within the Spanish pension market
Expert level at occupational pension plans
Experience working within a pension fund manager
Experience working within an international pension consulting firm
Experience in accounting, de-risking, occupational pension plans and pension brokerage projects
