What you’ll do:
The People Services Hub (PSH) manages all employee service requests, supports administrative and transactional activity and Business Partners and Center of Excellence initiatives.
PSH Advisors are generalists, responsible for all first line queries, transactions and standardised reporting requests. The Advisors are organised by market (e.g. location of the employee submitting a request) or Function (Recruitment and Onboarding). In principle, they respond to queries in English, but if local language is required (e.g. for processing of local forms), the PSH has the ability to provide support in key languages (e.g. Spanish, French, ). If a specific language is not available in the PSH, the People Advisors in the local market will support the PSH Advisor to respond to the query/request.

Key Responsibilities:
Handles 1st line queries
Forwards queries to the right person of contact within or outside of HR (for non-HR queries such as payroll)
Prepares contracts for new employees and addendum
Sets up access for contingent workers
Responsible for Workday administrational tasks
Generates dashboards for standardised reporting
Generates cases for customised report requests
Creates cases to publish or update content on knowledge repositories
Responsible for an overall great employee experience
Who you are
SR: Qualifications:
Interest in a temporary position
Experience in a shared service environment working with a case management tool
Experience in HR administration and coordination of all elements of the employee lifecycle. Experience with Workday would be a plus
Good written and spoken English. German, Dutch, French or Italian would be a plus.
Ability to work beyond the complexities of language, culture and multiple time zones and takes into consideration opinions and contributions of others
Ability to keep track of project milestones and KPIs, respecting timelines and commitments
Ability to solve problems, be proactive and curious to try new perspectives and initiatives
Adaptability, resilience and determination to overcome project challenges, identifying positive aspects in each situation and recovering from the setbacks quickly
Customer focus with experience in a global organisation
This role is global but will be based in Barcelona. As this team will be learning and developing together and as there are many transactions that need to be done in the office, we would envisage that the majority of the week would be office-based (3/4 days/week), and we might need to work on some holiday days as per rotation.
