Our clients include companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Grover, and Solarisbank, and we're looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketeer for one of our clients.
As a Performance Marketeer , you will be responsible for creating and executing advertising and social media campaigns to support the recruitment of associates and support associate roles.
You will be expected to switch on and optimize online high-volume campaigns, as well as track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Tasks
- Create and execute advertising and social media campaigns to support recruitment efforts
- Write compelling content for career sites, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing channels
- Optimize online campaigns to drive maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Manage Stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply them to improve campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing type of role (with social media campaign / paid search experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - native-like.
- Good content writing skills for career sites, blogs, LinkedIn posts, etc.
- Knowledge about how to switch on and optimize online campaigns
- Experience with social media advertising paid search, and online campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience in delivering information to and dealing with stakeholders
