As a Process Design Manager, the mission of your team is to support key R&I projects, from the define phases to the post-launch, applying our expetise to create value during the whole process.
- Develop the Technological assets (equipment and competencies) within EU R&I strategy to support innovation, renovation and superiority programs of Danone EU.
- Strengthen and develop resources and competences required to qualify the process at pre-industrial scale.
- Scale up and implementation of new solutions within the design projects.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, tackling products superiority and operational performance.
- Manage synergies with other R&I (local and Techno Advanced) & operation functions (engineering, quality, industrial) to align on priorities and assure effective ways of working as one team.
About You
To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have :
- Background in Food technology.
- Experience : Minimum 7 to 10 years in FMCG. Plant Based experience as an added value.
- Skills : Cross functional leadership skills, team player and results oriented.
- Languages : Fluent English.
- Travel availability.
