About the Role :
As a Process Engineer you will be accountable for a suite of functions including process troubleshooting, process development and providing Process Engineering assistance to six (6) of Alcoa’s global refining locations.

- Work with the Operational Centre of Excellence team whilst also being involved in general activities within the Design Group.
- Ongoing training and development with other areas of the business, including data analysis and material balances.
What you can bring to the role :
- Your previous experience working at Refineries will support Alcoa operations with expert Process Engineering knowledge, defining and implementing best practices.
- Your project management knowledge will help you implement new technologies.
- Well developed technical engineering skills to share ideas and trouble shoot with the global technical community, including technical managers to improve the operation of existing refineries.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to work constructively with local resources and develop regional solutions; and
- High level attention to detail, initiative and ingenuity to think outside the square, challenge status quo, and develop fit for purpose recommendations.
