Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

  • Lead the con Experience working with team members to design and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Experience with advanced spreadsheets, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Continuous projects in order to improve of the area, support /coordinate new initiatives of the GBS Control AP LATAM & working with key business partners in order to achieve successful results within a given project schedule.
  • Follow up Projects progress and define the news operating models, Assisted in developing project plans that were based on the efficiency of the Six Sigma, PM & Scrum methods and GBS Global tracking, value realization.etc
  • Ensure the value realization of the projects.
  • Colaborate the innovation agenda in order to reach the strategy goals
  • Colaborate in the mapping process in Visio Software in order to identify risk and controls in business processes, RASCI Matrix
  • Provide conclusions to Management through executive summary and detail reports
  • Support to the Business at the control’s implementation aligned with GBS (COSO Methodology)
  • Identify risk, as well as remediation plans to solve issues identified specific cases.
  • Support to the Control and Process Owners for implementing and updating policies and procedures
  • Support the change management for projects, internal and external communication with clients.
  • Lead the governance by Area in order tu ensure with the Regions Latam compliance and improvement our strategy

Your Impact:

As Process Leader Projects AP your responsibilities would consist of

  • Project Manajer AP tracking, monitoring by PDCA methodology, L&SS, Scrum, etc.
  • Plan and develop projects for continuous improvement AP
  • Support the planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing of projects
  • Collaborate within large, transformative, initiatives/projects that impact multiple business services
  • Support program L6S “Continous Improvement”
  • Support the risks identification that impact a project & the risk response plan for the resolution
  • Define operating model (Roles and responsibilities) in different projects and initiatives
  • Monitoring of projects AP (Dashboard)
  • Ensure delivery of project benefits, follow-up & reporting activities
  • Follow-up of PDRs
  • Audits AP-GBS (Logistics and Cordination)
  • Process mapping and improvements (AS IS & TO BE) to identify areas of opportunity
  • Document processes (HO, DTP´S, Manuals of instruction , Procedures, etc.) and GBS Control monitoring
  • Train a CO & PO in process mapping and controls
  • Train Teams in Management and Documentation Methodologies
  • Manage Governance AP-GBS Control
    • Governane Strategy Model
    • Talent Program
    • BCP
    • Self Assesment
  • Identify areas of opportunity
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Degree Engineering, Administration or related

Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Knowledge (certification Six Sigma – Green Belt)
  • Project of experience (5 years), leading and managing
  • Advance Office + Visio + Tools 365+Clarizen
  • English intermediate-advanced
  • Tools for continuous improvement
  • Process maping
  • Corporate presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer productivity software skills
  • Dedicated to extend the efficiency of Six Sigma
  • Model of Governance
  • Controls Sox, Finance
  • ERP SAP (MM, FI-CO, Master Data and Related)
