Process / Manufacturing Engineering PTM
Will be responsible for the Assembly Line for AGS and his main responsibilities :
- Is responsible for complying with applicable rules regarding safety and the environment
- Has the authority to stop any activity that does not comply with safety and environmental rules
- Has the authority to stop any activity that does not comply with the rules of quality
- Knows specific customer requirements that impact on activities in the area
- Knows the impact of their activities on the quality of the product and their remuneration in the quality system.
Ensure respect of :
- All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
- All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity.
- Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
- Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development
- Alert the managers when standards are not met.
- Manage the process development documentation.
- Accomplishment of Productivity workshops assigned to the P- 30 development in the committed timings
- Accomplishment and following of RAISE process rules
Contribute to :
- Respect and ensure respect of IProM.
- Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget for the Project.
- Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product and manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as : Tooling, Buyer, Logistics ).
- Alert the managers when standards are not met.
- Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.
- Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.
- Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
- Manage the process development documentation.
- Organize pre-serial trials as part of Serial production activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run.
- Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.
Ensure accomplishment of :
- Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards to process changes. All Process changes to be presented on TC or TSC.
- Manage APU Process engineers to meet Engineering change management planning and -30 plan budget
- Update of the PLM
- Revision of the of Project changes documentation
- Responsibility and reporting of Productivity actions status vs budget
- Participate on P0 weekly meetings and daily Project QRQC - mandatory
- Ensure CLEAN is respected
- Participate to Design review including suppliers design review
