Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the coordination of Andean Procurement Finance team for the commodities’ coverage reporting, inflations calculation and productivity validation processes. Collaborate with other fuctional teams such as local FP&A, BU Finance, R&D, and Productivity to achieve business targets for key procurement KPIs.

Your Impact

As Procurement Finance Directs Andean Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of …

  • Build the Net Commodity Inlfation for Andean’s direct materials categories in order to give monthly visibility to the business of main impacts/benefits in commodities (providing consultation)
  • Calculate and communicate key KPIs such as Raw Inflation, Conversion Inflation, Productivity, Hedge, FX Inflation to correctly identify and isolate market-driven factors (providing consultation)
  • Validate and report the correct reporting of productivity initiatives that are reported in the P&L (making decisions)
  • Review coverage reporting of commodities so price sensitivies can be run for different scenarios (executing actions)
  • Coordinate Andean’s Procurement Team to gain a deeper understanding of localization analysis while identifying opportunities to maximize the localization level for each country (making decisions)
  • Perform adhoc analysis for FX or price sensitivity analysis (providing consultation)
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • BA in Finance / Engineering / Economics / Administration
  • 3-4 years of experience in Finance/ Supply Chain/ Operations roles
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Persuasive & focused communications to enable management decisions
  • Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment
  • Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to function well in a multi-cultural team environment via remote communication
  • Resilience towards high pressure environment
  • Continuous process improvement to simplify and automate deliverables
