- Provide clear visibility to design system strategy and connected plans
- Use data and customer research to make and justify difficult trade off and prioritization decisions
- Manage short term and long term goals and objectives
- Strong eye for design, user interaction, critical thinking
- Identify and execute on customer / employee / partner design board needs
- Clearly set the user experience quality bar high and create checks and systems to ensure quality
- Collaborate on how to measure and report on design system effectiveness
- Settle design conflicts with data and customers
- Strong eye for design, user interaction, critical thinking
- Comfortable with design and user interaction concepts
- Help to represent product direction, Oracle NetSuite business goals, and technology in design activities
- Facilitate design thinking as a PM in both identified experts and the PM org in general
