Role Overview We are seeking a talented Product Manager (junior or graduate) to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a technical degree and be highly motivated to work with data to inform product and business decisions.
Responsibilities Monitor and analyse product usage data (through Amplitude) to identify trends, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
Support the management and data collection of the product for evidence generation and research. Automate workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
Assist in refining product development lifecycle and user feedback processes. Collaborate with the product team to implement data-driven decisions and strategies to enhance user experience and revenue.
Requirements Bachelor's technical degree in data or engineering. Proficiency in English. Familiarity with APIs or integration platforms like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.
Interested in the practical implementation of AI technologies. A business mindset to conduct thorough market and competitive research.
Right to work in the UK. Living in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for helping people find joy in speaking and improving lives. Nice-to-Have requirements Experience with UX design tools such as Figma.
Experience in software development or in writing code. What’s in It for you €25k to €35k salary. 0.1 to 0.3% stock options.
