The Data Catalysts Solutions & Services has the responsibility of developing and delivering Data Products & AI solutions in the domain of Sales & Marketing, Knowledge Management and Service, while pushing R&D efforts to advance innovative analytics capabilities.
As the Product Manager for our Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics organization, you will lead the product portfolio of Knowledge Management, leveraging groundbreaking technologies such as GenAI and LLMs to deliver new tools and ways of working to wide range of users across Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact?
- As Product Manager, you will be the first point of contact between the engineering team and the Product Owners in sustainability organisation
- Daily, you will need to prioritize and translate complex customer demands into future-proof and secure technical solutions
- You will bridge the gap between the business and the data / software engineering team, by translating business requirements and objectives into the right technical solutions
- You will be responsible for successful releases that meet business needs
- You will review the deliverables from the implementation partner for example reviewing solution design & architecture
- You will manage the programme finances, budget allocation, cost controlling and risks.
- You will communicate to various customers the progress of the programme.
What You bring - Your skills, capabilities.
- Extensive experience in the field of Data & Analytics and Software Product Management and at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- You will use your domain and technical experience to communicate confidently, clearly and easily with international colleagues in both sustainability and data domains
- You are knowledgeable in the business impact of sustainability initiatives and how data products can support strategic decision-making
- You are experienced in delivering data-rich, digital / software products (such as web or mobile apps, data visualisation dashboards, digital workflows)
- You have knowledge of AWS, Snowflake & Tableau
- You are experienced with Agile and Scrum methodologies to enable iterative and collaborative product development
- You have experience of managing product finances, budgets and project risks, and working with relevant software systems ( ServiceNow)
- You have experience of motivating and coordinating Agile teams, including remote colleagues
- You have ample examples of acting with strong customer focus
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly clarity, accuracy and concision.

- You set high standards across all your work and interactions.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English (knowledge of German or any other language is useful but not essential).
- You are motivated to contribute to the transformation and decarbonization of energy generation globally.
