The Global Project Management Office team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our Project Office for Engineering Services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects by providing strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain quality standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Key job responsibilities
⢠Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
⢠Coordinate a team of Project Managers and Engineers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.
⢠Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, and ensure alignment with the organisationâs objectives.
⢠Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget.
⢠Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, and provide timely solutions.
⢠Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimising project management processes and procedures.
⢠Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
⢠Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in engineering services to drive innovation and excellence.
⢠Position includes international travel up to 25%

Basic Qualifications
⢠Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related subject
⢠Defined Product Management experience in a similar role
⢠Experience managing technical products or online services
⢠Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
⢠Experience manipulating and analysing data or
⢠Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup) at an advanced level
⢠Strong writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
⢠Experience building and analysing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organisation
⢠PMP certification is a plus
⢠Bilingual in English and another language is a plus
