Responsibilities
- Timely creation and distribution of e.nable program information and news through collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for coordinating the information flow between Yara and the external partners.
- Support in stakeholder engagement strategies as to ensure effective communication of changes that align with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on best practices as to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization and to enhance change adoption.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders as to ensure effective communication and engagement with all impacted groups across the Region.
- Contribute to the necessary change management content, including user journeys, use cases, storyboarding, scripting of videos, news editorial etc.
- Articulate methods for communicating program objectives, status, and plans as to support managers drive change in their organization.
- Act as an agent to create awareness, understanding, and buy-in for program objectives throughout Yara, coordinate a network of change ambassadors, and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Profile
- At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, i.e., Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Psychology etc.
- 4+ years of professional experience working with communication in an international, complex business environment.
- Good understanding of project communication and change management methodologies, tools, and practical applications.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English. German and French language skills are an advantage.
- Curious, creative, and collaborative by nature, with the desire to explore how technology can help solve real business problems.
- Positive attitude with ability to build networks and foster collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and good strategic-thinking skills.
- Past experience with information technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or SAP implementations is helpful.
- Advanced MS Office competence is a must, advanced design and / or video skills are an ad-vantage.
