A global boutique renewable energy financial advisory are seeking a Project Finance Manager for their deal team to lead financial structuring and transactions, and bring their industry network to develop new client mandates.
You will have responsibility to guide a team to achieve the smooth and efficient executions of mandates.
The Role :
Taking responsibility for advisory missions e.g. relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or supporting M&A equity finance transactions
Leading the interactions with clients, banks and other project stakeholders
Supervising financial analysts on the development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
Being active in sharing knowledge, building networks and support business development
The Individual :
Master's or similar degree, preferably in Finance or Engineering
8+years of relevant work experience
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
A strong understanding and mastering of financial concepts and products
