As a Project Manager you will work very closely with the Associate Director Project Manager to manage and execute several multiple qualitative Market Research projects.
Key job responsabilities
- Executes flawlessly 15-20 research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery, facilitate necessary information exchange to ensure smooth execution of project.
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipates / identifies potential problems and manage to resolution.
- Demonstrates an understanding of project cost and feasibility.
- Works within Schlesinger systems effectively throughout life cycle of project (SAMS, Complex Survey).
- Manages new or changes to existing key elements of project as required by Account teams, SPM and / or Operations Manager.
- Works collaboratively with client to provide updates on progress of project.
- Build and maintains successful client relationships.
- Works in accordance with the SOP's of company.
- Pulls and manages sample.
- Responds quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manages to resolution; escalating as appropriate.
- Create daily spreadsheets / quota sheets.
- Briefs recruiters on projects.
- Collaboration across multiple teams (Account Managers, other market PMs and Recruiters).
- Participate in monthly / quarterly recruiter reviews.
