Project Manager- Scada Development (M/F/D)

MY TASKS:

• Manage SCADA development projects inside Global Engineering across the different Nordex portfolio platforms, assuring budget, quality, and timeline of the project.
• Processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, Logistics, Installation, Service).
• Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval.
• Align schedule and scope of own projects across the product platform.
• Tracking and updating relevant milestones for the release of SCADA projects.
• Coordination of the necessary resources with competence departments and projects managers.
• Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees.
• Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management.
• Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operation areas.

MY PROFILE:

• Qualification/Training: Diploma/Master´s in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
• Complementary Training: Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred).
• Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in wind industry.
• Several years of experience in wind turbine industry, preferably on software and SCADA functions.
• Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server).
• Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous.
• Profile: Team worker, customer & solutions oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German.
• Availability to travel.
