As a Proposal Manager , you will lead the Quotation Team (Technical Sales, Project Proposal and Digital Technical Sales Engineers) and act as liaison between the business and the teams in the sales offices for specific customer requests, suppliers and procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Act as the primary contact for senior management for technical sales support related to products within Emerson Spain and Portugal.
Provide customer service at highest standards, responding to commercial and technical requests or delegating other type of queries to the right owner within the organization.
Manage workload within the team by effectively managing and prioritizing tasks & responsibilities following.
Analyze team important metrics, perform gap analysis and define remediation actions as well as drive performance management to improve the results in the most efficient way.
Drive the processes by offering guidance to the team for the best outcome of our internal and external customers.
Propose and implement continuous improvement ideas.
Who You Are:
You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You understand collaborator requirements, expectations, and needs. You set objectives to align with broader organizational goals.
For This Role, You Will Need:
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
People and team management capabilities.
Spanish and English language proficiency (read/written/spoken).
Good communication skills.
Good command of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Portuguese or other European languages.
