About this role:

We are seeking a motivated Purchase to Pay Intern to join our team in Madrid. As a Purchase to Pay Intern, you will be primarily responsible for supplier invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor master data management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations within a dynamic and multicultural environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in Purchase to Pay processes within a global organisation.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Supplier Invoice Processing:

• Assist in the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices.

• Payment Processing:

• Support the payment process by verifying payment terms, amounts, and other relevant details.
• Coordinate with finance team members to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Assist in reconciling payment records.

• Vendor Master Data Management:

• Maintain vendor master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Update vendor records as needed, including changes in contact information, payment terms, and banking details.
• Assist in vendor onboarding, including the collection and verification of required documentation.

 What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Google suite, particularly Gsheet.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.
