What will I be doing?
A Purobeach Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team. Responsabilities :
- Responsible for the restaurant and terrace area
- Training Purobeach team
- Make sure the opening and closing checklist are followed
- Distribute tasks to the team
- Ensure that your team has all the necessary tools to do their jobs
- Control the serving time
- Fluent communication wit bar and kitchen staff
- Be aware of all the reservations and daily events
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Represent needs of the team
