Main Responsibilities :
- Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues.
- Design, execution and analysis of main technical KPI.
- Identify root cause in real time, through a heatmap, implementing action to reduce pain point and best practices.
- Definition of KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement.
- Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
- Analysis and presentations of key finding.
- Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
- Definition and leadership of company actions in portfolio :
oPerformance improvement plan.
oAvoid issues / malfunctions for recurring.
- Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
- Perform on site audits to new installations in order to provide feedback on a recurrent basis to enhance installation guides and training.
Required Qualifications :
- Master / B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
- Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.
- Experience in data analysis, definition of improvement plans.
- Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
- Approximately 5 years working in quality role.
- Available to travel.
