WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Activation Plan Responsible for Quick Commerce Channel:

  • Coordinate and implement the plan for each Unilever Business Unit in the Quick Commerce channel.
  • Negotiate the monthly activation plan with the customer.
  • Define a proposal for a promotional plan based on previous results aligned with Trade Ecommerce.
  • Monitor the correct execution of agreed activation plans and promotions with customers.
  • Define and share improvement proposals based on results and impact.

Availability Plan (Product Availability):

  • Define and share improvement proposals based on results and impact.
  • Conduct a weekly review of the assortment for each customer, SKU by SKU, compared to the contracted assortment.
  • Communicate possible deviations to the customer.
  • Review potential improvements in assortment and packs with the Trade team by Business Unit.
  • Define an action plan for assortments and packs (additions and reductions) at the end of each quarter.

ROAS Activations Analysis:

  • Weekly monitoring of the results of actions with customers.
  • Weekly data review in PBI (Power BI).
  • Queries to the customer regarding the information and ensuring that we have what was agreed upon in the contract.
  • Weekly report on the main KPIs and conclusions by customer and category.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support in operational issues of key accounts (product setup, order tracking, and invoicing).
  • Creation of assets and online visibilities for the channel.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or master’s or related training.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Competency with Windows and MS Office, high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Ideal knowledge related to the world of E-commerce.
  • Valuable experience in a FMCG company.

Skills

  •  Analytical, organized, and structured capabilities.
  • Communicative skills: Customer relationship management.
  • Desire to learn, positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to lead projects.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • In the case of having completed studies: 1-year employment contract as an intern (without the need for an agreement).
  • In the case of not having completed studies (students in their last year): internship agreement with your university + the option for a subsequent 1-year internship employment contract with Unilever.
