We are selecting a RAS Foreman for Cervo. His mission is to ensure the farm's goals in relation to production, based on the work, organization, and coordination of the team and in line with the Farm Manager.
The tasks to be performed include the following :
Help and complement the Farm Manager in planning the ongrowing works.
Ensure that daily routines are carried out on time, efficiently, and in compliance with farm protocols.
Communication and daily organization of staff in different tasks.
Supervise and control farm consumables.
Supervise daily work, input procedures, and GLOBAL GAP procedure.
Introduce and verify data in the database : mortality, feeding, grading, vaccination, and other tasks.
Maintain accurate feeding levels on the farm.
Control and maintain the water system to farm standards.
Ensure proper sanitary conditions on the farm.
The person who joins us must have more than 3 years of experience in aquaculture. It is highly valued if the person has experience, specifically in sole production.
