R&D Project Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CIC energiGUNE is looking for an R&D Project Office Manager to manage and coordinate the organization's public funding projects.

The position will report to the Business Development Director of the Center and will coordinate with the Financial and General Directors.

The person will work in an interdisciplinary environment using innovative approaches at the interface of chemistry, modeling and engineering.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Perform strategic planning of the project portfolio in collaboration with the scientific, technological and management directors.
• Manage public funding opportunities, keep updated information on all public calls of interest to the center and related general documentation.
• Centralize and coordinate the management of the organization's public funding projects.
• Coordinate, reporting to the Business Development Director, a team of R&D project managers with different profiles, maximizing individual contributions and promoting alignment with the center's objectives.
• Ensure efficient coordination with research teams to optimize project execution.
• Know and master the project management methodology ensuring its standardization in the organization and the associated documentation management.
• Prioritize and manage resources ensuring the achievement of technical and economic deliverables.
• To carry out the financial planning of the projects anticipating and ensuring their subsequent correct economic justification in collaboration with the economic-financial department.
