In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish- speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.
Tasks
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
- Contact and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
- Organise resort viewings for the client
- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
- Ensure that all legal documents are correct
- Hand over clients to other internal departments
Requirements
Language skills : bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English & bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English.
French is an added value.
- Be a freelance, at least the first three months.
- 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate
- You have a valid driving licence.
- You have availability to travel.
- You have worked with a CRM system before.
- You are a dynamic communicator
- Experience in TeleSales / Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.

In this position you can start as a freelancer and can grow into a contract role or be hired directly with contract. While you are working as a freelancer you will receive compensation on all of your sales.
Working hours : Working hours will be from 9.00h to 17.00h in the office.
