The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of CAPEX projects, ensuring the integration of safety, standardized tools, and cross-functional team engagement.
The position can be based both in Felling (UK) or Malmo (Sweden).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead CAPEX project planning and execution, applying standard project management processes and ensuring engagement with end-users.
- Collaborate closely with factory representatives to tailor technical solutions to local needs.
- Activate global resources and standards for optimal project outcomes.
- Manage internal or external engineering teams as required, ensuring safety, quality, and value in project delivery.
- Participate in peer reviews and project evaluations, offering expertise to enhance technical solutions.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Operations & Capital Project / Portfolio Management.
- Proven track record of leading major capex projects across multiple functions.
- Exposure to diverse cultures and experience in managing suppliers.
- Technical and scientific understanding at a Master's level in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ethical values, and excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the region (up to 50%), rest can be home-based
