We are currently looking for a Regional Finance & Administration Manager for our Finance Department at our headquarters in Amer (Girona, Spain).
His / her main mission is to design and implement all finance & administration strategies for the subsidiaries of his / her area.
We are looking for people with :
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience as a financial controller or finance admininstration manager.
- Experience in team management (both direct and remote).
- A strong communication and interpersonal skills with a aptitude in buildings relationship
- A strong collaboration skill in matrixed organization
- A capacity to perform multi-tasking activities in multiple countries
- Availability to travel few times a year to his area
- A high level of English (advanced) is essential.

Main functions :
- To collaborate, together with the Finance and Administration Manager and their team in defining and developing all Finance & Administration tasks.
- Participate and support in the implementation of the corporate ERP. Follow up new requirement and detection of improvements
- Ensure the correct implementation of Hipra’s guidelines.
- Identify the workload of a Finance and Administration Manager to ensure correct team sizing.
- To participate in the recruitment, learning and development processes for the local Finance and Administration team.
- To manage the Finance & Administration termination process to ensure the continuity of their functions in the subsidiary.
- To take part in the Budgeting process & 3 Years Business Plan of the subsidiaries under their responsibility.
- Work on the preparation of the Annual Accounts of subsidiaries and compliance with legal obligations.
- Together with the Finance and Administration Manager, work and prepare the internal and external audits. And Follow up if any recommendations.
- Support Finance and Administration Manager in tax matters, to ensure that we are complying with local laws.
- To participate together with the Finance and Administration Manager in improve or change any external services.
- Monthly follow up of the Finance and Administration functions, suggesting actions to be taken
