This position is responsible for leading our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in the region and tracks product development from concept through production and launch. Your key responsibilities
Lead our New Product launch meeting every 2 week as per our IBP processes for all our PLUs within the region.
Lead our Product Life Cycle committee
Orchestrate the coordination of new launch requirements across the functional teams.
Prepare the analysis/updates before the assessment meetings.
Ensure seamless integration across all stages of product launch to deliver more than 95% OTIF of all first-time orders (FTO) produced in the region and reduce the inventory losses linked to commecials discontinuation
Enhance the long-term visibility of notices and projects in the pipeline over a 12-month timeframe, with the aim of fostering greater agility and readiness in anticipating FTO requirements from supply chain perspective

You bring
A minimum of Master’s degree majoring in business or engineering, including a Minimum of 2 year of tangible experience in PLM management and demand Planning
Ability to lead, and influence others to move towards consensus
Need to be highly skilled in communication and team work
Abilities of analysis, organization and presentation required
Proven Experience with SAP and Kinaxis in PLM and demand planning workbook
Advanced Excel skills and Power BI
Profecient in Oral and written English and French
