What you will do
- Manage the sales process and support an existing team of Sales managers (product distributors)
- Create and build partnerships with regional distributors
- Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions
- Motivate and support distributors with information
- Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region
- Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors
- Understand the regional market and its development
- Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service
- Work with analytics based on statistical data
About you
- You have more than 2 years of experience in sales
- You have a high level of spoken and written Spain and Russian, English - will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, service-oriented person
