Regional Sales Manager-Lahore
To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager-Lahore.
Mission and Key Tasks
- Lead the Regional Sales team and ensure that sales objectives across all regions and brands are met.
- Develop market understanding, especially regarding market and customer analysis (size, trends, etc); competitor product and price mapping;
market structure (margins, discounts, etc)
- Develop effective sales strategies through use of tools (e.g. sales and distribution management software) that produce / analyze data related to sales forecasting and performance
- Conduct monthly bottom-up sales forecasting by channel and city
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Ensure brand visibility in the trade, in line with Golden Store programme
- Provide excellent customer service with partners, including translating customer requests into internal adjustments related to product management, logistics, etc.
- Ensure the best in class service level for partners via strong demand planning and excellent operations
- Understand competitor activity in market and identify / implement steps required to win against competition
- Follow competitor pricing and other offers to the trade and consumers and identify / implement measures to counter the competition
- Coordinate closely with other functions, esp marketing and supply chain, to ensure consistent approaches and optimize investments
Background and Experience
- 8-10 years experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in FMCG sales / key account management in similar capacity; (experience in hygienic disposables markets would be an advantage)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar management role
