Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and support sales growth targets by aligning and executing regional Service plan with sales – create and drive supporting GDP initiatives
Responsibility for Service revenue and associated cost and margin
Work closely in conjunction with the Global Service team, Product Managers, Application Engineering, Operations and Business Development managers to share information and leverage market, product, and service knowledge
Establish and maintain visual management information to communicate service personnel resource availability, efficiency and other related KPIs.
Design, implement and communicate a local service portfolio
Initiate campaigns, sales competitions to drive service growth and awareness
Monitor customer needs (VOC - Voice of Customer), market trends, sizes, regulation and competitive landscape
Update portfolio strategy, including opportunities to grow sales and margins for the assigned portfolioProvide life-cycle management for the service portfolio, including new idea generation, business cases, specifications, commercialization/service launches to suit local adoption
Respond to training, customer and cross-functional needs related to service portfolioDevelop internal processes and external capabilities to improve response time and overall customer satisfaction.
Be a member in the Regional Management TeamHave direct (or indirect) leadership of the Aftermarket & Services sites in the region
Be responsible for implementation of Global Aftermarket & Services strategies and action plans in the regionCompile monthly KPI reports from the AM&S sites in the region and report them forward
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Five years relevant experience as a service manager or, alternatively, product manager, project manager, application specialist
Experience in a related B2B service industry is mandatory, particularly pumps. Previous experience in construction or mine dewatering or municipalities will be also a plus
Education: Level: University, (Bachelor), or similar experienceSubject: Engineering
Languages: English (fluent), additional languages are an advantage (Spanish and French

Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
