We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renewals Associate to join our team in a highly transactional environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful renewal of contracts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the renewal process, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

This position does not involve a sales quota but requires a proactive and organized approach to managing a high volume of renewals.

Responsibilities : Renewal Management

Renewal Management

  • Execute end-to-end renewal processes for a portfolio of products
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and contract terms to facilitate smooth renewals.

Customer / Partner Communication

  • Proactively engage with customers to secure upcoming renewals, contract details, and potential upgrades
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiate terms to secure timely renewals.

Documentation and Record Keeping in Salesforce

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

Collaboration & Partnership

Work hand in hand with designated Regional Sales Directors and align on strategy and processes to meet / exceed renewal targets.

Revenue Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to hand off potential expansion opportunities.

Flexibility

  • Ability to support renewals for customers located in different regions and time zones.
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours
  • Availability during EMEA or America time zones

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and look for ways to improve the renewal process for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

Metrics Tracking

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal rates for designated portfolio

YOU :

  • Proven experience in a renewals management role, preferably in a highly transactional environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of renewals concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
