We're seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our CPM International team in Barcelona. You will dedicate, construct, and execute reports, focusing on conducting trending analyses and providing invaluable feedback to the Operations Management team.

Your expertise will be crucial in this role, where you will translate data into actionable insights to empower our managers to make informed decisions and effectively manage performance.

Tasks

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards for trending analysis of available data
  • Provide insightful feedback to Operations based on trending analysis results, highlighting issues, making constructive observations, and offering recommendations to enhance business performance
  • Assess available data and collaborate with clients to obtain additional necessary data for analysis
  • Partner with client departments to identify and specify ongoing enhancements to performance systems
  • Conduct recurring reporting , focusing on trends, whenever identified as a business need, and present final analysis or products to management, stakeholders, and peer departments
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various parts of the business to define, design, and develop analytic solutions addressing specific business needs , combining data from multiple sources to address high-level business questions
  • Provide support in troubleshooting issues related to reports and dashboards, serving as the data subject matter expert
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve reporting processes, emphasizing their value to business strategy and operations

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Data Verse, and Excel)
  • Background in Data Mining, Warehousing, Processing & Reporting
  • An advanced level of English
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment is preferable but not essential.
  • Exceptional data interpretation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to present and communicate across all organisational levels, including C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Proven facilitation, negotiation / mediation skills
  • You are a self-starter who can work independently to complete tasks on time, but you also work well with your team.
  • You are flexible and creative and can adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • You are quality-driven with a pragmatic approach and a keen eye for detail.

Desirable skills :

Knowledge with Salesforce.

What do we offer?

Start date : March 27th, 2024

  • Contract : Temporary (3 months + the view to extend for a permanent role)
  • Full time : 39h / week
  • Working days / Hours : Monday to Friday 11 : 00 AM - 20 : 00 PM
  • Salary : 24.000€ gross per year + 2000€ performance-based yearly bonus
  • Holidays : 24 days per year
  • Hybrid model : 3 days per month in the office (plus any additional training or client visit)
  • Training : 1 week induction period in the office.

Office location : Barcelona (La Sagrera)
