We are looking for an intern to join our diverse team in Barcelona. Beyond knowledge, a cultural fit is the most critical aspect for us.

Job Description :
You will work closely with the research team to help recruit candidates globally. The role involves researching, interviewing and supporting the full recruitment cycle of high-level executives across different industries.
You will be responsible for :
- Researching target candidates and companies to identify industry trends and key players.
- Identifying top candidates and sources.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to client (CV presentations, shortlists, background check reports, follow up reports, etc)
- Managing the database in our CRM.
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
- Work on improving internal processes through innovative ideas.
- Conducting initial telephone interviews if that is a natural next step for your development.
What are we looking for?
- Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal other languages a plus.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Availability for at least 6 months.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Coursework in Business or related field
- Prior experience in sales and / or recruitment
- Experience and / or studies in an international environment
