Reservation Agent – French Native Speaker (Temporary Contract)

LOCASUN has been a holiday rental agency on the Internet since 2001. It specialises in holiday rentals and campsites on the Internet. Around 140,000 rental adverts in France and Europe are available to book online for weekends or long stays.

In 2019, Locasun will become a subsidiary of the leboncoin group. This classifieds website was founded in France in 2006 and is itself part of the Adevinta group, a Norwegian company specialising in classifieds.

The cooperation between these groups offers an international and multicultural working environment.

We are looking for aReservation agent with a native level of French. This is an hybrid role reporting directly to the B2C Customer Service Manager and the office is based in Barcelona.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the B2C Customer Service Manager your main functions will be:

• Take incoming calls

• Accompany customers through the entire booking process

• Ensure that customers have everything they need to make their stay a success

• Advise and guide customers

• Manage and monitor after-sales service

• Monitor and collect payments

• Being an intermediary between customers and partners

Who you are:

• Interested in a Temporary contract

• Student with at least 2 years of higher education in business or tourism

• Native French + other foreign languages (English, Spanish, Italian or German)

• Ability to communicate with both professionals and private individuals, both orally and in writing.

• Good writing skills

• Good command of IT tools.
