You are part of something bigger. From your first day to every moment thereafter, you’re going to love what you doAs our Area Manager, you’ll support LC Spain-Portugal Retail Manager. Overseeing the correct running of our stores on a daily basis (full price, outlets, ECI). Travelling across our stores, managing the teams, logistics, merchandising, stocks to customer satisfaction. The job requires very frequent business trips, travel availability is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiently manage and supervise store staff to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks. Ensure the staff is thoroughly informed about the company's marketing plan and oversee its flawless execution. Supervise and optimize workforce schedules for each establishment, aligning them with the store's specific requirements. Address inquiries and complaints from sales staff, providing suitable recommendations for effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Enhance both external and internal communication channels, fostering effective communication between different points of sales and within each store. Strategize and implement Le Creuset procedures to minimize operational costs and expenses. Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to store staff. Maintain an optimal stock balance by coordinating deliveries, conducting product inventory checks, and effectively planning stock replenishment. REQUIREMENTSBased in Málaga or open to relocationBachelor's degree in Administration or related field. Master’s Degree is a plus. Good level of English. Experience managing peopleAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
